Prośba o wskazanie dostępnego zamiennika G524B2T11U

Witam,
Zwracam się z prośbą o podpowiedź o podanie zamiennika dostępnego na np. pl.farnell.com
układu G524B2T11U .
Z tego co widzę są z opcją 6 pinów, nie wiem czy coś takiego można dopasować.

I RDSon może być o wartości 0.09 Ohm? (oryginał ma 0.07 Ohm.)
No i oryginał jest na 2.5A a tutaj max to 1A.

No, the RDSon resistance should be 0.07Ω, or less.
In the case of higher RDSon resistance, there will be more power dissipation on the chip (the chip would be more warm as the original one).
Select RDSon max= 0.07Ω

Select current limit min= 2.5A

Note that the replacement chip should have negated enable pin (active low).
The max input voltage of original chip is 5.5V, so select the same in filters on Farnell.

For example, the appropriate replacement should be "AP22811BW5-7" (Farnell order code: 2748551).
