Vogelek23 możesz mi pomóc w odnalezieniu w TME. Nie mogę sobie poradzić. Nie jest to typowy mosfet. Będę bardzo wdzięczny. Szukam czegoś ogólnie dostępnego.

I think there is no suitable replacement for this transistor on TME.

HP8S36 is available on Arvika (sklep.arvika.pl)
Arvika item number: SMD1984

HP8S36 is also available on RS (pl.rs-online.com)

Dziekuje matic. Znalazłem również RJK03R1DPA trochę słabszy ale zakładam słabszy procesor więc będzie ok. Dziękuję za pomoc temat do zamknięcia.
