So, solder a thin wires to this vias first, place the connector to its place and solder another end of this bridge wires to the connector.
Of course you should use a very thin bridge wires (diameter max 0,2mm) on this two vias that the connector will not be lifted from the board. I see no problem here.

But this way you should connect the jump wires from top to the bottom side of the board. Is it not easier and more professional to do as suggested in post #4?

Test the power supply according to the following procedure:
- Disconnect the power supply from the console.
- Connect it to the wall socket and bridge the pins 1 and 3 ("5V" and "ACDC_STBY") of small white connector.
- Check, if you get 12V on two big pins, when the pins 1 and 3 of small white connector are bridged.
- Disconnect the power supply from the console.
