You may need to transfer the BIOS ME-region from your old (original) dump to the new one.

The ME-region is located at UC2 chip dump.
If I'm not mistaken it is located at address 5000, length 5A6000.
Just open the UC2 chip dumps with a hex editor software (for example HxD) and transfer the suggested area from your old dump to the new one.
