Posiadam Della na płycie LA-F211P z prawdopodobnie uszkodzonym MEC5105-TN jest to do ruszenia?

Hello!

Yes, it should be possible to flash this chip via "JTAG" bus.
You need a KBC programmer, that supports MEC chips. For example SVOD.
JTAG connections are accessible on the connector "JDEG1" (it is factory not soldered to the board, so you need to solder the wires).

To wiem i posiadam SVODa. A co z "protected mode" potrzebuje zaprogramować nowego MECa w płycie LA-F711P .
Do sprawnego laptopa miałbym dostęp żeby zgrać ze sprawnego tylko czy odczytam boot block (0000h-0FFFh) i zapisze do nowego ?

What exactly do you mean? Do you get a message "Boot Block is in protected mode", when you click on the "Read ID" button?

W płycie LA-F711P obyło się bez programowania. Zakupiony nowy KBC uruchomił laptopa bez żadnych błędów.
