Lenovo 80e5 g50-80 ACLU3 / ACLU4 NM-A361 rev.1.0 brak reakcji na przycisk power, zero poboru prądu. Zasilanie ginie już na rezystorze kontrolnym , tuż za mosfetem PQ204 pomimo że jego bramka jest zasilana 19,5V.

You probably mean the transistor PQ302.

Measure the resistance to ground on any pin of resistor PR301.
If the resistance is high (in kΩ range or greater), measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 5, 6, 12, 16, 17, 20 of charger chip PU301.

Przepraszam faktycznie chodzi o PQ302, źle odczytałem z płyty, dopiero na schemacie okazało się że to PQ302. Rezystencja na PR301 cały czas spada ale w zakresie MΩ.

1 - 0,003V
5 - 0V
6 -2,6V
12 -0V
16 -0V
17 -0,001V
20 - 0,01V

The voltage on pin 20 of charger chip is missing. Resistor PR308 (10Ω/5, package 1206) is probably damaged. Check it.
If PR308 is damaged, measure the resistance to ground on pin 20 of charger chip PU301.
If resistance is low the charger chip or capacitor PC314 is also damaged. If resistance is high (in kΩ range), replace resistor PR308 and remeasure the voltages from post #3.

PR308 zmierzyłem na płycie ma 10Ω. Rezystencja PU301 na pinie 20 wynosi 9MΩ.

The copper trace on the board is broken, the connection between pin 1 of transistor PQ301 and resistor PR308 is missing.
Solder a jump wire as shown on the following picture.

Faktycznie P2 idzie bezpośrednia na PR308 i tam powinienem mieć 19,52V. Nawet mi nie przyszło do głowy że się przepaliła ścieżka, muszę dokładniej przyglądać się schematom. Jeszcze raz dziękuję i Pozdrawiam.
