Karta graficzna nic nie wyświetla po zdjęciu chłodzenia i opaleniu karty nie grzeje się GPU oraz żadna z pamięci.

Rezystancja na cewkach :

L500 - 27 Om (po załączeniu zasilania 0,957 V)
L1889 - 0,8 Om (brak napięcia)
L1 - 0,8 Om (brak napięcia)
L503 - 0,8 Om (brak napięcia)
L505 - 0,8 Om (brak napięcia)
L504 - 0,8 Om (brak napięcia)
L506 - 0,8 Om (brak napięcia)
PL701 - 32,7 Om (brak napięcia)
ML1082 - 5.840 k Om (po załączeniu zasilania 12V)

Na kondensatorach C157, C151 i C152 12V , na C153, C154 i C155 3,3V.

Na układzie U300:
1 nóżka = 3,175V
2 nóżka = 3,245V
3 nóżka = 3,320V
4 nóżka = 4,984V
5 nóżka = 0
6 nóżka = 1,797V
7 nóżka = 0,790V
8 nóżka = GND

Wydaje mi się, że za mocno grzeje się układ U2:

1 nóżka = 11,74V
2 nóżka = 1,447V
3 nóżka = 0,765V
4 nóżka = 10,10V
5 nóżka = 11,92V
6 nóżka = 0V
7 nóżka = 0,540V
8 nóżka = GND

Co powinienem jeszcze sprawdzić? Profilaktycznie wymienić układ U2? Czy powinien delikatnie się grzać?

Znalazłem zwarcie na kondensatorze C914 oraz uszkodzone dwa rezystory 2 Om MR450 oraz MR451. Po wymianie elementów rdzeń grzeje się oraz pamięci.
Po włożeniu grafiki do komputera nie mam obrazu. Ale po uruchomieniu komputera ze zintegrowanej grafiki, RX 470 wykrywa ją jako "podstawowy sterowni ekranu". Po zainstalowaniu sterowników system wywala bluescreen-y. W trybie awaryjnym. Widzę, że grafika zainstalowała się jako RX 470. Profilaktycznie zaprogramowałem BIOS z techpowerup, ale bez zmian. Bez sterowników RX 470 Windows uruchamia się, ale ze sterownikami zapętla się bluescreen.

The value of resistors MR450, MR451 is actually 0Ω (they are a jumpers, not 2Ω resistors).
Replace the resistors MR450, MR451 with a suitable value.

It behaves the same on 2 Ω resistors and on 0 Ω resistors. When I connect, the monitor does not display anything. As trying to start on the integrated card, Windows hangs at startup.

Not true. According to the schematic these resistors are 0Ω (jumpers).

Thank you for your response! I changed the resistors to the correct ones. And I heated up the GPU. After plugging the card back in. The fans didn't start and there was no picture. After 10-15 minutes, the card started behaving as before. So it starts but no picture. Is the GPU damaged?

Measure the voltages to ground on all coils.
