0,00R on RAM cap-s and some caps under APU, I xray the board but caps are shade and I don't have another board for reference.
Image quality is poor because I footage screen, if someone are interested I can add original.
But average space between balls are bigger under RAM. Its small probability that some cap have short after heating.

Yes, it seems you have a solder bridges between some balls under the APU, or the APU is damaged (overheated).
Remove the APU from the board again and check, if the short circuits on the board is gone. If so, reball the APU again.
