Problem dotyczy TV SAMSUNG UE58J5200AW

Zasilacz: BN44-00787A L58GFB_ESM
Płyta główna: CODE BN41-02272A
Z białej naklejki: BN94-10476C

TV nie wykazuje oznak życia.
Sprawdzone:
Bezpiecznik na wejściu zasilacza - sprawny
napięcie złącza CNM803 na pinach 1,3,5,7 - 2.5V w trybie standby
Zasilacz po zwarciu pinu 6 (PWR ON/OFF) do masy zaczyna cykać.

Dioda standby wogóle sie nie świeci.
Gdzie szukać przyczyny ?

Hello!

Measure the voltage on main capacitor CP810S. Be aware of high voltage on the primary side of the power supply.

After plug AC
Voltage is 303V

Check the power transistors QM801CS, QM802CS, Q9101C and Q9102C.
Don't forget to discharge the main capacitor CP810S before checking the transistors.

Q9101C is short to GND

what is the designation?

I can run the power supply without this MOSFET ?

Please, post a clear picture with visible markings on this transistor.
Also check the resistor R9161 and diode D9101, because they may be also damaged.

No, it is better to not do that.

This transistor is STD14NM50N. Replace it and test the TV.
Datasheet at the attachment.
