#1 Lenovo Ideapad 320 (Mobo: NM-B241 Rev.1.0) Missing 1.2V (RAM voltage)

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for your help to solve the problem
I have Lenovo Ideapad 320 (Mobo: NM-B241 Rev.1.0) with missing 1.2V.
Voltage was measured on coil PL501 and shows zero volts.
Opening PJ507 has not changed anything.
I have measured resistance when jumper was opened (240kohm on side of coil PL501 and 196ohm on side of integrated/soldered RAM modules).
Can I suspect PU500 (Lenovo LV50287UB) to be faulty and not creating 1.2V necessary to power RAM ?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Rafal S.
