Witam muszę wymienić dwa tranzystory 12n60 w zasilaczu, oryginalnie były tam tranzystory w obudowie TO-220F cała plastikowa. Ja kupiłem tranzystory w obudowie TO-220-3 z metalową tylna częścią obydwa tranzystory przykręcone są do radiatora. Pytanie czy mogę zamontować tranzystory z obudową metalową TO-220-3 w miejsce TO-220F z obudową plastikową. Czy muszę dawać podkładkę aby tranzystory z obudową metalową odizolować od radiatora. W roli ścisłości zasilacz to ADP-310AF B od iMac 27"

In case you will use a transparent mica insulator, it is need to apply some white thermal conductive paste on both sides of mica insulator. It is important to use a white silicone thermal paste (a silver one used for computers is not suitable, because it doesn't have enough dielectric strength).
In case of use thermo-silicone pad, the thermal conductive paste is not required.
Use an ohm-meter to check that both transistors are insulated from the heatsink after installation.
