#1 HP 14s-dq1508sa (Mobo: DA0PADMB8G0 REV:G) - KBC in Reset state

Hello Everyone,
Laptop was water damaged (area of resistors and capacitors with direct connections to KBC).
I have replaced a few capacitors and cleaned the area.
I have measured KBC standby voltages and these ones are present (including the one what is reacting to power button).
The problem is on pin 14 (KBC_WRESET# which should be 3V to allow to operate but I measure 0V).
After pressing power button in this model of laptop voltage to power BIOS chip should be released/sent but it looks like Reset signal (active when low) is not allowing KBC to do anything.
From your experience is this faulty KBC (ITE IT5570E-128) ?
Thank you.
Regards,
Rafal S
