Zasilacz stacji dokującej i-tec CHARGER-C112W USB C - brak napięcia

Cześć,

Mam zasilacz z urwaną wtyczką USB C. Wstawiłem na chwilę zlącze C z kabla i okazało się, że nie ładuje. Rozebrałem zasilacz.

Na wejściu mamy 230V. Mostek Gretza wydaje się sprawny. Na USB A brak 5V.
Zasilacz jest tak złożony, że nie ma jak odkręcić dużej blachy aby rozładować duży kondensator...

Wylutowałem go (1000uF/25V) i posiada 1.02mF więc wydaje się ok.

Perform a short circuit test described here on this capacitor and check which component is heating up. For a short circuit test limit the voltage to 5V.

Yes, I have big short circuit
I don't have LAB-Power Supply

Try to remove the USB Type-C module from the board and remeasure the resistance.
If the resistance does not change also remove the chips U2 and U3 one by one and check if anything changes.

I found it! Damaged SC2151A but found this chip in network is impossible...

The new chip SC2151A needs to be programmed (except if you find the pre-programmed ones).

Yes, these chips are quite hard to find.
I found them on AliExpress (item number: 1005004318785088), but the minimum order quantity is 10 pcs in addition they are pre-programmed for 45W power supply (yours is 100W).
You can contact the seller and ask for 100W chips and a smaller quantity.

I can't find that thing by id. I think that will be a difficult mission to repair power supply.

I don't know, why this item can't be find by id...
However, type the phrase "SC2151AQDER" into the AliExpress search bar and you should find it.

After conversation with support of i-tec I've recevied new charger for free!!!
