I don't think you really need this EEPROM dump. Basing on the flow chart below, it is automatically programmed with some default content by an RTD2120L MCU (as long as the EEPROM is blank, if not blank the MCU will not program it). Therefore, all you need is to erasing the EEPROM and soldering it back to the board so the EEPROM can be programmed with a default content at first power on. Allow MCU some time (usually up to 1 minute) to complete this process.


If the MCU will not program the blank EEPROM on startup, it means almost for sure that the MCU is faulty.

i erased eeprom.after soldring back and waiting for minute, no change.i read eeprom again , no program on eeprom. you are right and mcu is faulty
the keys not working no backlight just led power is blue.
