Witam czy taki adapter jak na zdjęciu da radę podłączyć za pomocą kabelków ze svod 3 do programowania ITE ?

O ile raster wyprowadzeń jest poprawny, to tak. Pamiętaj, że w przypadku używania adaptera musisz podłączyć zasilanie 3V do kontrolera na odpowiednie piny (plus i masa - masę należy podłączyć także do płytki programatora).

OK mam taki układ ITE8226e 192kb i nie wiem pod które piny podłączyć masę a pod które 3V.

I don't think it's enough just to connect the power supply since there are three pieces of 10kΩ resistors on the original SVOD adapter.

Mainly, JTAG only needs Reset pin to be pulled up, however, in case of problems with IC detection the JTAG signals may also need to be pulled up.
