Zasilacz PS4 ADP-200ER - brak 12V

Witam serdecznie,
Proszę o poradę w sprawie zasilacza od konsoli PS4 FAT, model ADP-200ER.
Brak zasilania 12V, natomiast 4,8V jest obecne.
Po zwarciu pinów 5VSB i ACDC_STBY napięcie 4,8V spada do zera, 12V brak. Elementy sprawdziłem i nic nie znalazłem uszkodzonego.
Kondensatory na wyjściu bez niskiej rezystancji.

Measure the resistance on pin "ACDC_STBY" in reference to the secondary (cold) ground.

"ACDC_STBY" resistance to secondary (cold) ground is 37kOhm.

Load the "5VSB" power rail wit 2-5W consumer and check that the voltage on "5VSB" power rail does not drop.

For the load you can use for example a 5-6V old bicycle bulb with a nominal power of 2-5W, or a power resistor with a value of 5-12Ω and a nominal power of at least 2W.

I connected a bicycle bulb, it lights up without a problem.

Set your laboratory power supply to the 5V and current limit to 100mA.
Connect the negative (-) wire of the laboratory power supply to the secondary (cold) ground and with the positive (+) wire touch the pin "ACDC_STBY" of the PS4 power supply while it's connected to the mains socket.
Check what electrical current flows from the laboratory power supply during the test and also check whether the "5VSB" power rail remains present or not.

I connected a 40 Watt car bulb to the 12V power supply. After connecting +5V from the service power supply to the ACDC_STBY pin, the bulb flashed for a fraction of a second and that was it. There is also no 5VSB voltage on the PS4 power supply. After disconnecting the 230V power supply and reconnecting it, the power supply behaves the same, i.e. the light bulb will flash for a fraction of a second and the 5VSB voltage on the PS4 power supply will disappear.

Check the transistors PQ101, PQ102.

I checked the transistors with a meter and a transistor tester, they are functional. I also replaced IC101, unfortunately I only had MP6922S and the power supply is without S. Nothing has changed.

Measure the voltages on pins 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 of chip IC151 in reference to the secondary (cold) ground.
