HP Pavillon 15 brak reakcji na power.

HP Pavillon 15 brak reakcji na power, Quanta R62 DAOR62MB6E0 REV E. Po podłączeniu zasilacza pobór prądu pulsujący 0,00A - 0,03A i brak reakcji na przycisk.
Powodem okazało się zwarcie na PR198, po wyeliminowaniu przez próbę zwarciową kondensatora EC17, zwarcie ustąpiło (przy okazji wymieniony BQ24738 bo nie wystawiał mi na n.4 ACPRES), ale dalej nie mam reakcji na przycisk.
Brak linii 3,3V i 5V pomimo tego ze sterowniki są zasilane i na n.6 PU9 i PU10 jest 3,3V i 5V.

PU10 13 pin - 0V
Na n. 101, U13 też brak jakiegokolwiek napięcia, pomimo że układ jest zasilany.

PL17 - 0V, 176Ω
PL37 - 0V, 1,1kΩ
PL29 - 0V, 0,54kΩ
PL23 - 0V, 26,5Ω
PL20 - 0V, 26,5Ω

bez procesora:
PL32 - 0V, 32,8kΩ
PL34 - 0V, 0,6kΩ
PL35 - 0V, 0,6kΩ
PL30- 0V, 36Ω
PL8 - 0V, 3,8kΩ

z założonym procesorem:
PL32 - 14,3Ω
PL34 - 3,2Ω
PL35 - 3,2Ω
PL30 - 12,8Ω
PL8 - 0,3kΩ

Measurements taken after pressing the power on button.
Measure the voltages on pins 6, 16, 64, 73, 76, 95, 100, 101, 115, 124 of U13 (KBC).
Measure the voltages on pin 19, 90 of the KBC in the following cases:
to power OFF
with power on pressed
to power "ON".
