  1. Topic title should contain: the device's manufacturer, full model and the brief description of problem.
  2. Topic message should contain: the PCB marking code (required in case of hardware repairs), an extended description of problem, things you have checked/replaced/measured, your conclusions and the question. If you are not able to find the PCB marking code, please read THIS TOPIC. If you still cannot locate the PCB markings, please upload a clean, both-side photos of the mainboard - it is required to remove any films, modules or brackets possibly covering these markings.
  3. Before posting a new topic please read all topics in TRAININGS subforum and make a preliminary diagnostic based on the content of those trainings.
  4. Uploading of any complete schematics, BIOS / firmware files or any other kind of documentation, or linking to 3rd party websites with such files, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You can only upload the small portion of documentation or, link to BIOS file on UNVERIFIED BIOS FILES subforum, which simplifies the diagnostics/repair. You are not allowed to upload more then one complete page of instruction/schematic per single topic. The file you upload must not contain any watermarks, "confidential" markings, links or email addresses and cannot be password-protected.
  5. It is only permitted to describe one faulty device per single topic - you should always open a new topic for each subsequent device.
  6. Requesting of the full schematics, BoardView files, BIOS files or any other kind of documentation is NOT ALLOWED in this subforum. If you need to ask for any of these, you should open a new topic in DOCUMENTATION/BIOS REQUEST subforum.

Hello!
This resistance is definitely too low.
Unfortunately, the PCH part (small core) of the APU hybrid is damaged almost for sure.

Set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drops to ground on data lines of all USB ports (pins 2, 3 of USB 2.0 ports and pins 2, 3, 5, 6 of USB 3.0 ports).
USB 3.0 port pinout:

USB 3.0 port pinout:

USB 2.0 (2.pin 598 / 3.pin 598)
USB 3.0 (2.pin 593 / 3.pin 594 / 5.pin 793 / 6.pin 793)

By the way, the product belongs to me. If there is any risky transaction, I can try it.

PJP2 21.5 Ω (I disconnected the jumper, PU2 value is normal, low resistance is on the other side.)

Also measure the voltage drops to ground on data lines of the additional USB port located on the small USB/CardReader board. This small board must be connected to the motherboard during the measurements.

Inject 3.3V from the laboratory power supply to the pad with low resistance of the jumper PJP2. Leave the thing connected for a while (~10 minutes) and then check if any component on the board gets warm. Pay special attention to the PCH part (small core) of the APU hybrid.

My processor is SR2EY(i5 6200U)
Yes, as you said, PCH is gone. If the only solution is to change. These models SR23Y(i5 5200U), SR342(i5 7200U), SR3LA(i5 8250U) are available in my scrapyard. Is there anyone compatible?

Yes, the APU needs to be replaced. Before soldering another one, remove the old one from the board and remeasure the resistance to ground on the jumper PJP2. If the resistance will increase to the high value (kΩ range), solder another APU.

It's impossible to know without the test, but I would try with SR23Y(i5 5200U) or SR342(i5 7200U).

Before powering up the board with a soldered replacement APU, transfer the BIOS ME-region from the donor board's BIOS chip to the BIOS on your board. First make sure the ME-region size on both boards are exactly the same.

Thank you for your interest. I can clean me with Fitc. I'll change it with the same logic, right? I hope I can do it, if not, if I find a paypal payment method, I will ask for your help. Now I have ordered the molds and we are waiting for them to arrive. Thanks again.
