The chip PU8 is damaged almost for sure and needs to be replaced.

PU8 will work, it does not heat up.
The graphics heat up and the frame temperature is about 35 degrees.
No voltage on the processor.
Reprogram BIOS?

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 15, 16, 26, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 of chip PU8, when the machine is turned on.

Check your solder joints on all pins of chip PU8.

I corrected the soldering of PU8 and now the laptop starts up for 5 seconds, heats up PQ7 very much and a humming noise can be heard.

Please, post a clear pictures of solder joints on chip PU8 from all four sides.
