Karta graficzna MS-1W051 z komputera Medion. Przetwornica powoduje zwarcie.

Karta graficzna pochodzi z komputera Medion X7817.
Problem polega na tym, że karta graficzna MS-1W051 czasami wstaje i przez chwilę działa prawidłowo, po chwili podczas pracy laptop nagle się wyłącza.
W zasilaczu (19V 9,5A) działa wtedy zabezpieczenie przeciw zwarciowe i pozbawia on napięcia. Po odłączeniu od zasilacza 230V na kilka sekund, i podłączeniu na nowo, pojawia się prawidłowe napięcie 19V . Potem podczas prób uruchomiania laptopa zabezpieczenie działa od razu po naciśnięciu Power ON na laptopie wtedy błyśnie niebieskie podświetlenie. Na kamerze termowizyjnej widać jak Mosfet MP86963UT się nagrzewa i zasilacz odcina zasilanie.
Nie mogę sprawdzić kamerą drugiej strony karty ponieważ uniemożliwia to jej montaż.
I troszkę zgłupiałem czy grzanie Drivera to skutek jego uszkodzenia czy przyczyna jest gdzieś indziej.
Znalazłem temat na którym ktoś sugerował wymianę kondensatorów, ale nie wiem które to ponieważ nie mogę znaleźć schematu do te karty graficznej.

Since this chip drives one of the phases in the 4-phase power supply and is the only one that heats up, I don't think this issue is related to the capacitors mentioned in the linked thread.
Replace this chip (MP86963DUT).

Replacing the mosfet and the graphics card works.
When the load exceeds 40%, the image freezes.

Check that all GPU power supply phases are working. To do that, use an oscilloscope and measure the voltages to ground on the converter side (switching side) of all coils on the graphics card.

Unfortunately, two mosfets do not work.
Previously, there were two in operation. Maybe the new one is damaged.
Green working, red not working.

Swap the DrMOS chips U2 and U3 with each other and check which phases are working in this case.

Which are U2 and U3. I don't have a schematic for this card.

After replacing U2 with U3. Only U3 works

Try to load the graphics a bit and check if the chip U2 starts working.
If not, replace the controller chip U501.

Now, even without load, the image freezes after a few minutes. I will try to resolder DrMOS again.
