Cześć,

Proszę o pomoc w doborze mosfetu dostępnego w PL.
Oryginalny wg schematu mosfet to RQ3E150BNFU7TB, z datasheet wychodzi 30V 15A.
Na mojej płycie jest już wlutowany zamiennik AON 7516 30V 23A i jest uszkodzony (rezystancja dren-źródło 8 Ohm, spadek napięcia 0,01V)

Dziękuje za wszelkie porady i pomoc :P
