Dzień Dobry

Pacjent to HP EB 840 G2.
Początkowo dostałem go po próbie "naprawy" BIOS.
5 pad od BIOS był zerwany. Laptop nie pobierał prądu, nie uruchamiał się, trup.
Zregenerowałem ścieżkę, wlutowałem BIOS, laptop się uruchomił, ale wentylator kręci na FULL.
CAPS LOCK mrugnie 5x. Chciałem naprawić BIOS programem Pana Andrzeja, ale BIOS, który "oryginalnie" wydawał się już grzebany, nieoryginalny.
Wgrałem BIOS z innej strony wraz z EC, bez zmian.

Wstępne pomiary:

L6100 - 5K ohm - 3.3V
L6200 - 150 ohm - 1.35V
L6000 - M ohm -1.13V
L6150 - M ohm -5V
L6610 - 25 ohm - 1.8V
L6300 - 4K ohm - 1V

Pobór jest stały na poziomie 0,380V.
Myślę, jeszcze nad wgraniem wsadu dostępnego tutaj na forum, ale czekam jeszcze na Wasze opinie.

You may cleaned the ME-region unsuccessfully. Open a new topic in "ZAPYTANIA O DOKUMENTACJE/BIOS" department, upload the dumps of both your old (original) BIOS chips there and ask for cleaning the ME-region. Don't forget to specify the major ICs markings according to the rules.

Wgrałem wsad zgodnie z tym co podesłał Vogelek23 i niestety dalej jest to samo.

Zamieść wyraźne zdjęcie naprawionego obszaru z układem BIOS - być może brakuje jakiegoś elementu.

Measure the voltages to ground on all pins of fan connector CN4300, when the machine is turned on with the fan connected and disconnected from the board.

Niestety nie ma oscyloskopu.

Ale ten komputer się nie uruchamia, nie mam jak zainstalować oprogramowania.
Po wgraniu wsadu BIOS z czystym ME laptop elektrycznie uruchamia się, ale jest czarny ekran i po kilku sekundach wentylator zaczyna kręcić na full.
Pobór jest stały, bez wentylatora to 0,280A, z wentylatorem 0,390V.

Are there any changes in operation of the board, if you run the machine without RAM memory?

Z RAM - Stały pobór 394mA

Czyli bez różnicy. Wentylator kręci na pełną moc.

Does the machine responds to pressing the power button?

Po podłączenie zasilania, laptop dokonuje autostartu, jest czarny ekran.
Po około 10 sekundach, wentylator kręci na pełne obroty.
Jeżeli dłużej przytrzymam guzik to laptop się wyłączy.

- Is the RTC battery fine (the voltage on it should be 2.8V at least, when it's connected to the board)?
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 4 of quartz X4750 with the RTC battery connected only (without power supply and main battery). It's best to measure it with an oscilloscope. If you don't have it, measure with a multimeter.
- Measure the voltages to ground on both pins of diode D7000, when the machine is turned on.
