To nie jest tranzystor, lecz stabilizator 5V. Zamienników jest tyle, że nie starczyłoby miejsca, aby je wszystkie wylistować: L7805, LM7805, UA7805, NTE960... i wiele innych. Dostępne właściwie wszędzie - Allegro, TME, RS-Online, Farnell, eBay. Źródła zakupu proszę poszukać już samodzielnie, bo to jest naprawdę bardzo popularny układ z ponad 30-letnią historią.
