Proszę o pomoc w zidentyfikowaniu usterki

po podłączeniu zasilacza serwisowego pobiera 0,006A po włączeniu 1,214A i rośnie jak się kliknie drugi raz przycisk zasilania wzrasta do 1,550 i też rośnie
Wgrywałem nowy bios i nic nie pomógł

rezystancje na cewkach wyglądają następująco:
