Witam,
Laptop: Lenovo V15-ADA
PCB: NM-D151
CPU: Ryzen5

Płyta wieszała się, robiło blue screen, artefakty itp. Początkowo obstawiłem wlutowany RAM. Odłączyłem go i płyta korzysta tylko z kości wpinanej. Po tym zabiegu kilka dni wszystko działało w porządku. Obecnie znów zwiechy, BS, artefakty. Gdzie szukać przyczyny? Prawdopodobnie uszkodzone CPU bądź połączenie BGA pod nim?
Podmieniłem RAM, SSD - bez zmian.

Hello!

Test the machine with external monitor. If there are the same artefacts, try to replace the BIOS chip and flash it with a different dump.

I disconnected the matrix and connected the monitor via HDMI

I replace BIOS chip and reprogramming old dump, and next update BIOS to newest version.

Motherboard still has various symptoms, artefacts, Blue Screen, freeze

Czy za pierwszym razem, gdy pamięć wbudowana była włączona, w slocie był dodatkowy moduł RAM? Jeśli tak, sprawdź połączenia pinów slotu pamięci do PCB. Jeśli tu jest w porządku, sprawdź, czy lekkie dociśnięcie CPU jakkolwiek wpływa na jakość obrazu - jeśli nie, CPU jest prawdopodobnie uszkodzony.

Problem był z połączeniem PCB->CPU. Pomógł reflow CPU.
