Po wciśnięciu guzika płyta próbuje wstać, przez jedną sekundę pobiera 0.30A, po czym wyłącza się

Co było zrobione:
-przeprogramownie BIOS
-wyłączenie wbudowanego RAMu
-rozlutowanie zworki PJP8201 (napięcie 1.1V)

Czy pokierowałby mnie ktoś przy dalszej diagnozie?
Czy to wskazuje na uszkodzenie PCH?

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 4, 7, 11, 12, 13 of chip PU8200 with the jumper PJP8201 closed.
Chip PU8200 pinout:

The voltages on the 5, 14 pins are not stable.

MB is dead. I measured when DC was turned on.

Czy ktoś byłby w stanie pomóc w dalszej diagnozie? Przelutowałem PU9100 lecz sytuacja jest nadal bez zmian.

Try to replace the KBC chip.

Will programming be necessary after replacing the KBC with a new, empty one?

If you will replace the KBC chip on this board with a brand new or blank one, it should automatically program (load its firmware from the BIOS chip) at first connecting power supply to the board.
Make sure you reflashed the BIOS chip with a proven dump, or reflash it again with the old (original) dump again as it seems the issue is not related to the BIOS.
