Dell Vostro 590 płyta Mantis_18778-1 brak 1V_VCCGT

Cześć, laptop jak w temacie, płyta Mantis_18778-1.
Historia płyty nieznana ale widzę, że ktoś w niej grzebał. Widoczne ślady zalania przy PU5001 i PU5003. Płytę dokładnie wyczyściłem. PU5001 zwarty. Wymieniłem oba (PU5001 i PU5003).
Po wymianie na cewce PL5001 pojawia się napięcie 1V. Płyta uruchamia się. Wszystkie napięcia pojawiają się poza 1V_VCCGT na cewce PL4801.
Płyta wyłączona pobiera 0,14A
Włączona bez podłączonej matrycy i bez dodatkowego RAM pobiera 0,78A
Tym razem chciałbym się nauczyć czegoś więcej niż diagnoza chargera albo przetwornicy 3V/5V.

Według mnie, brakuje napięcia 1V_VCCGT. Tu niestety nie potrafię określić, czy brakuje napięcia bo płyta nie przechodzi całej procedury startowej? Czy nie startuje bo brakuje napięcia 1V_VCCGT.
1V_VCCGT jest "bardzo blisko" 1V_VCCSA na którym było zwarcie. Wszystkie idą z PU4601 (ISL9589CHRTZ).
Skoro mam 1V_CPU_CORE na cewce PL4701 i mam 1V_VCCSA na cewce PL5001 to domniemam, że przetwornica PU4601 startuje. Nie potrafię stwierdzić czy działa prawidłowo i dlaczego nie mam 1V_VCCGT na cewce PL4801.

Rezystancja na cewce PL4801 – 11,5Ω (wygląda ok) PL4701 i PL4702-10Ω.
Napięcie na PU4801 n. 8,9,10,11 – 13,2V.
Poniżej jeszcze napięcia ze wszystkich cewek przed i po włączeniu przycisku power.

140 mA przy wyłączonej płycie to zdecydowanie za dużo. Ten pobór prądu występuje z baterią czy bez niej? Jeśli bez baterii to sprawdź termowizją co pobiera ten prąd.

Na termowizji widzę, że delikatnie (ok 30st.) grzeją się:

PU4401 (charger)
PU5201 (przetwornica 1V)
U2401 (KBC)

0,001A. I don't notice anything getting hot.

Replace the charger chip.

I replaced the charger. Now the main board is switched off and draws 0.015A. Unfortunately, when I switch it on, the screen is still dark and there is still no voltage on the PL4801 coil.

Measure the following voltages to ground:
- On pin 3 of transistor Q1702.
- On pins 28, 66 of KBC chip U2401.
- On pin 2 on the place of chip U7601 (this chip is factory not soldered).

Q1702
p.3 - 3,4V

U2401
p.28 - 3,4V
p.66 - 3,3V

U7601
p.2 - 3,4V (I have this chip soldered on the board)

Try to reflash the BIOS chip.
Don't forget to save the old dump.

I checked 6 different ones. Without changes
