Lenovo_Ideapad_330, płyta NM-B671 nie ładuje baterii

Męczę się już któryś dzień z usterką ładowania. Płyta po lekkim zalaniu w okolicach chargera. Przyszła z usterka nie ładuje baterii. Wypłukałem płytę. Znalazłem zwarty mosfet PQ311 i PQ316. Uszkodzony był także charger PU301. Wymieniłem charger, wymieniłem PQ311, PQ316, PQ317. Płyta działa na zasilaczu, na samej baterii i na zasilaczu z baterią. Bateria jest wykrywana i identyfikowana przez batmon. Batmon pokazuje nawet prąd ładowania ale bateria nie ładuje się, Poziom naładowania nie zmienia się. Bateria, nowa Movano L17M3PB1. Niestety nie mam innej ale sprawdziłem ją na NLBA testerze i mogę ją naładować i rozładować bez problemu.

Sprawdzałem na dwóch różnych zasilaczach.
Po podłączeniu zasilacza zapala się led ładowania. Windows pokazuje, podłączony ładuje.
Szukałem na płycie może jakiegoś wyłącznika który odłącza ładowanie na otwartej obudowie ale nic nie widzę.

- Check the resistor PR314 (10Ω).

Measure the resistances between listed pins of charger chip PU301:
a) Between pin 1 and pin 2.
b) Between pin 17 and pin 27.
c) Between pin 19 and pin 20.
d) Between pin 19 and pin 27.

You must have low resistance between these pins.
Check the continuity of the copper traces as per the attached diagram.

Check the resistors PR328, PR329, PR338 (all are 10Ω).

Yes, You are right. There was no connection between the tracks in the laminate.

This one burned outside. I fixed it.

But pin.1 of PR338 it's burned somewhere inside.
I made shortcut from p.1 PR338 to p.2 PC327.

Do you think that if I paint with a solder mask now, it will be ok?
Now everything works fine. The battery is being charged.

Not fine.
The connections between pins 19, 20 of charger chip and resistor PR317 are current monitoring traces - so called "kelvin sense traces" and must remain intact - without additional connections to any other components.

Run a jumper wire from one side of the board to the other and connect the points "A" and "B" to restore the broken connection properly.


The rest looks fine and you can cover the repaired parts of traces with a solder mask.
