This does not indicate damage to the CPU, but a faulty "High side" MOS-FET transistor on one of the DC/DC converters that power the CPU.
Measure the resistances on coils PLA1, PLH1, PLG1, PLZ1 in reference to the resistor PRB46.

One of the transistors PQZ1, PQZ2, PQZ3 or PQZ4 is damaged for sure.
Measure the resistances between G1 and D1 (pin 1 and pin 2) of transistors PQZ1, PQZ2, PQZ3, PQZ4.
If there is a low resistance on only one of the transistors, the corresponding transistor is very likely damaged. In such a case, remove the transistor with a low resistance from the board and remeasure the resistance to ground on shunt resistor PRB46.
