This Macbook power on and apple logo appears for few seconds and shut off rebooting continuously.
Installing OS it doesn’t complete the procedure so is not possible to install a clean OS.

Witam.
Z tekstu nie wynika czy zostały podjęte inne działania serwisowe.
Oględziny pcb pod mikroskopem?
(miałem podobny problem, mała korozja w układzie zasilania Cpu).
Zmierz też oporność (2.2 oma na mojej sprawnej) i napięcia PPVCCGT_CPU_PH1.

Try doing revive or restore procedure on T2 chip. If the procedure ends up with error 4042, then the NAND chips are degraded and need to be replaced. You can also run the computer in Target mode, connect it to another MacBook, format the drive and clone the working OS onto it (use Carbon Copy Cloner) so you can see if the cloned OS boots up.

For the revive procedure needs another macbook or I can use the no working machine?

For the second procedure working macbook must be exactly the same model or can fit any model?

The source machine must run the same or higher OS in case of restore/revive the T2 processor. For the Target mode the source machine can be any model, however, it should run the same OS which is expected on the target machine.
