Is power button working correctly? Also on this platform there is a screw that needs to be screwed if You want the battery charge etc.

There is no fault in power key. I used to switch on laptop form mb test point. Keyboard power button is also ok. The screw is also ok. I already know this screw for battery charge. May be some steps of power sequence is problem and i don't know how to trace this power sequence. Only boardview is avaliable and can't find schematic.

How You confirmed the power button is working? Check the documentation of KBC chip and make sure that when You press the power button, this pin is reacting (3,3V > 0V). You did not mention the type of KBC chip on this platform, so I cannot exactly tell You where to measure.

Try just to heat up the BIOS chip with a hot air gun to about 150°C, wait until the chip cools down and then check if that also revives the machine.
