Znajdź rezystory najbliżej UE1 i zobacz, czy w ogóle wystawia sygnały VBUS1_ECOK_R VBUS2_ECOK_R. Jak wystawia, to idź coraz bliżej w/w PQ. Może gdzieś rezystory padły albo jakiś układ po drodze.

Ciekawe... Spróbuj na innej ładowarce, albo podłącz ją bezpośrednio do urządzenia (bez miernika V/A). Rozumiem, że używasz ładowarki USB-C?

Próbowałem już na kilku ładowarkach, też bez miernika V/A. Sytuacja jest bez zmian.
Tak używam ładowarki USB-C bezpośrednio nie z zasilacza laboratoryjnego.

Wszystkie rezystory są nieobsadzone, wiec nie ma co sprawdzać.

Może przy tym zwarciu gdzieś w laminacie uszkodziło ścieżkę z EC sygnał VBUS1_ECOK_R i VBUS2_ECOK_R, jest to możliwe?
Może wymienić z płyty dawcy UT5 bo zakupiony nowy jest uszkodzony?

Przerzuciłem układy nic to nie dało, teraz tylko pozostało przełożenie działający APU do tej płyty która jest sprawna, ale ma uszkodzony APU.

Tak, przełącza się na 20V.
Na tej płycie mam prawidłowe sygnały VBUS1_ECOK_R i VBUS2_ECOK_R.

Measure the voltages to ground on listed pins, with the power supply connected to the port JUSBC1:
- On pins 3, 5 of transistors PQ13, PQ810.
- On pins 3, 5, 6 of transistor PQ809.
- On pins 1, 2, 4 of chip PU701.

Set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drops to ground on pins 2, 5 of transistor PQ810 with both polarities of test leads.

pin 2 - OL
pin 5 - OL

PQ810 czerwony przewód do masy:
pin 2 - 0,75V
