Pozdrawiam wszystkich,

Laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 3 14IIL05
Płyta:GS454/GS554 NM-D031 REV. 1.0 2019-12-06
EC: ITE8227E-128
Bios: EMCN60WW

kolejny pacjent, kolejny dziwny przypadek. Laptop działa, uruchamia się, ale losowo w trakcie działania Windows wygasza ekran i nie można już go wybudzić, zostaje tylko wyłączenie przyciskiem power. Pamięć przetestowana zew. systemem diag. CPU przetestowane zew. systemem diag. Bios zaktualizowany ( na starym wsadzie też się zawieszał ). Nawet założyłem własny dysk i postawiłem czysty system i zawiesił się. Zauważyłem, że jak się zawiesi to klawisz capslock nie reaguje.
Bateria bios-u - sprawna 3.17V
Bateria laptopa - sprawna łąduje się, trzyma 2h, (Sprawdzona Batterymon. )


Zrobiłem nawet myk z wyłączeniem w biosie 4GB RAM zamontowanych na płycie. Nadal losowo występuje zwis sprzętu.
Zaczynają mi się kończyć pomysły. Obstawiam jakiś zimny lut pod CPU.
Macie może jakieś inne pomysły ?

Is your board UMA version, or with a dedicated GPU?

Mainboard version with hybrid cpu intel hybryda i5-1035G1. Only intel graphics in cpu.

It's most likely a bad contact in the structure of the APU hybrid.
Reflow/reball sometimes help, but it's just a temporary solution. For a permanent solution the APU needs to be replaced.

The processor is covered with black glue. I know from previous repairs that it's hard to remove :( I'll try the relow first tomorrow.

Reflow nic nie da , musisz zdjąć procek wszystko wyczyścić z kleju i wlutować na cynie ołowiowej. Przy okazji zrobić to samo z ramem. Robiłem kilka takich płyt , najprawdopodobniej masz oznaczenie LTS na płycie ( cyna niskotemperaturowa ) cała płyta jest polutowana na tej cynie.
