Laptop Hp Envy x360 15-aq050nw po zalaniu.

Płyta Marshmellow 15257-2 448.07N07

Klient na moją prośbę otworzył laptopa i wypiął baterię (była spuchnięta).

Płyta oczyszczona, skorodowane miejsca przelutowane. Nie ma wypaleń. Pod mikroskopem żadnych wad.

Po podpięciu zasilacza obecne jest 5V LDO, 3.3V LDO oraz 5V. Na linii 3.3V jest szczątkowe napięcie 0,5V. Pobór prądu 10mA.

Po wciśnięciu włącznika pobór prądu 20mA, ginie linia 5V. 3.3V i 5V LDO nadal aktywne.

Na próbę podstawiłem PU4501 na TPS51225C - bez zmian.


Proszę o pomoc.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 5, 6, 9, 17, 20 of chip PU4501.
