Lenovo ThinkPad L13, płyta 19837-1 - nie działa 1-port USB-C

Witam wszystkich,
Lenovo ThinkPad L13, płyta 19837-1 LAR-2 MB
Laptop trafił z usterką płyty polegającą na niskiej rezystancji (0,21Ω) na cewce PL5101, próba zwarciowa wykazała uszkodzone 5-kości RAM. Wszystkie kości RAM zostały usunięte z płyty, jak również został wymieniony układ PU5101 (ponieważ miał dziurę).
Po podłączeniu zasilacza w port USB-C (USB2) na mierniku pojawia się tylko 5,080V i na chwile wskakuje 0,033A i po chwili spada do 0,000A - tak jakby nie wykrywał poprawnie zasilacza.
Po podłączeniu zasilacza w port DK1 płyta rozpoznaje zasilacz poprawie i po chwili przełącza się na 20V i następuje uruchomienie płyty.
Oczywiście w tym momencie bez kości pamięci RAM.

ED7519 - sprawny

Proszę o pomoc w znalezieniu przyczyny dlaczego port USB2 nie działa poprawnie.

Zmierz rezystancje do masy na pinach 6, 7, 11 i 12 układu U7503 (z całkowicie odłączonym zasilaniem).

U7503:
pin 6 - 2,31MΩ
pin 7 - 2,30MΩ
pin 11 - 7,01MΩ
pin 12 - 7,00MΩ

Ma ktoś jeszcze jakiś pomysł?

Set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drops to ground on pins 1, 2 of filters EL7501, EL7502, EL7503, EL7504, EL7505 with the positive (red) probe connected to the ground (the jumpers are probably used instead of these filters).

Measure the following voltages with the power supply connected to the port USB2:
- Directly on capacitors C7302, C7304, C7306.
- On pin 1 of chip U7303 in reference to ground.

Napięcia:
C7302 - 5,07V
C7304 - 1,60V
C7306 - 3,43V

U7303:
pin 1 - 0,28V

Zauważyłem jeszcze podejrzanie przypalony jeden róg układu, aż topnik z pod niego wyciekł, układ to U4201.

- Measure the resistance between the fuse F4201 and pin 1 on the place of capacitor C4208.
- Measure the resistance between the pin 1 of capacitor C4203 and pin 1 on the place of capacitor C4209.
- Set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drop between the fuse F4201 and pin 1 of capacitor C4203 with both polarities of test leads.

- nie mogę namierzyć C4208 nie wszystkie elementy mają opis na płycie, a nie pokrywa się też z boardview, korzystam z modelu 203088-3

This indicates that the second protection transistor (RBFET) integrated inside the chip U4201 is damaged almost for sure.

Remove the chip U4201 from the board and measure the resistance between the balls A2 and C2 of the chip itself. If the resistance is low, this chip is definitely damaged.

Additionally, measure the voltage drops to ground on pads C1 and C2 at the place of chip U4201 on the board itself (with the chip removed).

That's fine, so the controller chip U7301 is probably good.
Replace the chip U4201 (CSD87501L).

Po wymianie U4201 (CSD87501L) na nowy, zasilanie w porcie USB2 jest poprawne.
