Thinkpad X13 - nie uruchamia się na zasilaczu

Płyta HT4B1/HX3B0 NM-D362 Rev 4.0

Płyta miała uszkodzone gniazdo USB-C i zwarty mosfet Q6505 oraz Q6501. Wymieniłem gniazdo USB oraz zwarte mosfety.
Gdy miałem zamontowany tylko Q6505 podpiąłem gniazdo zasilania i zasilacz przełączył na 20V, zapaliła się dioda zasilania i wydawało się, że wszystko będzie w porządku.
Po zamontowaniu drugiego mosfeta Q6501, znowu spaliły się obydwa :frustry:
Czy wszystko wskazuje na TPS65994? Niestety układ ciężko dostępny w Polsce, u mnie na płycie jest w obudowie QFN, nie BGA.
Q6501 rezystancja do masy
S2 - skacze od 11kΩ do 2MΩ
S1 - ok. 1MΩ

Najprawdopodobniej tak, bo to jedyna część wspólna dla obu MOSFETów.
