Cześć, mam na stolę płytę LA-K862P z Acera Nitro 5 AN515-55.
Pierwotnie w płycie był uszkodzony PQA1. Po wymianie palił się od razu ponownie. Zwarcie robiła hybryda.
Wymieniłem hybrydę i wymieniłem PQA1 ponownie.
Po podmianie mam poprawne +19VB_CPU.
Na PLH1 (+1.0VS_VCCIOP) mam 0,9V.
Niestety na żadnej cewce procesora napięcia nie ma.
PLA1, PLG1, PLZ1, PLZ2, PLZ3, PLZ4 - 0V
Na reszcie dużych cewek napięcia wyglądają prawidłowo. Płyta uruchamia się, kręcą się wentylatory, podświetla klawiaturę ale procesor jest zimny.
Przetwornice procesora to jeszcze dla mnie temat słabo zbadany więc nawet nie bardzo wiem od czego zacząć diagnozę.
Będę wdzięczny za wszelką pomoc.

Mierzę pierwszy z brzegu driver PUZ2
PUZ2:
1 - 5V
2 - 1,8V
3 - 4,9V
4 - 5V
5 - 0V
6 -GND
7 - 0V
8 - 0V
9 - 0V
Pomimo, iż mam datasheet do NCP8115 (PUZ2) nie bardzo rozumiem jakie warunki muszą być spełnione aby uruchomił mosfet. :( Ewidentnie brak mi wiedzy.

Sprawdziłem na innej podobnej płycie. Wygląda na to, że nie startuje mi PQA1. Bez tego nie załączą się PQZ1, PQZ2,PQZ3 i PQZ4.
