Ciao ragazzi, chi mi sa dire il codice del componente segnato in foto, non riesco a trovare uno schema per capire che cosa corrisponde 08 XWT.

These components are the MOS-FET drivers Intersil ISL95808HRZ-T.
Datasheet attached.
