Laptop był zalany w okolicy chargera, wymieniłem ISL9538hrtz, zwarty był KBC MEC1416, z tego co kojarzę nie są programowalne ale mają specjalną rewizję do laptopów dell dlatego wziąłem układ z dawcy Latitude 3300 0CMRW8 17910-1

Płyta aktualnie pobiera 0,035A, brak reakcji na włącznik.
PL301 - 3,3V
PL501 - 5,1V
PLH01 - 1,05V
PLB01 - 2,63V
Na pozostałych 0V, rezystancje w normie.

PCH ma trochę niską rezystancję 29Ohm, pod kamerą termowizyjną tylko on się świeci ok 30*C

Raczej boot sektor w MEC różni się pomiędzy tymi platformami. Musisz mieć identycznego dawcę z tym samym MEC.
Nawet jak dawca Ci podejdzie to przypuszczalnie nie będzie działało złącze NVMe.
Mam G3 na półce z podobnym problemem. Ok roku już tam leży…
Jeśli masz wsad BIOS i kb oryginalne to jest nadzieja.
Też nie mam aż tak dużej wiedzy żeby jakoś go „wykombinować”.

Z informacji które znalazłem w intrenecie to istotne jest, żeby wersja układu była "D0" wtedy ma inny wsad dedykowany do Della, dlatego kupiłem płytę do której był schemat.
Mam w zbiorach płytę LA-F611P ale z niej już kiedyś pobrałem MEC i na innej platformie ruszył bez problemów.
Według schematów układy to:
G3 - MEC1416-NU-D0_VTQFP128_14X14
Latitude - MEC1416-NU-D0-GP

Edit.
Widzę w chinach, że są wersję pod różne platformy, spróbuję go svodem wyczyścić, jak się nie uda to zamówię gotowy i sprawdzę, tematu do tego czasu nie zamykam.
