MSI GE63 Raider RGB 9RE
płyta: MS-16P51
CPU: SR3YY
GPU: N17E-G1-A1
PCH: SR40B
KBC: ENE KB9028Q C

Problem: Po wciśnięciu przycisku płyta martwa, nic nie odpala i nic nie świeci. Po wciśnięciu przycisku pobór prądu wzrasta do 0.04A na ok 10 sekund.
Płyta ładuje baterię.
Po wciśnięciu przycisku PWR startują napięcia +3VSUS, +5VSUS, +1.08VSUS.+1.05VSUS.
Kość SPI jest zasilana (pin 8 = 3.3V).
Przeprogramowałem BIOS oraz KBC ENE, nie przyniosło to rezultatu.

Podążając za "Power on Sequence" w schemacie, ustaliłem brak sygnałów PM_SLP_S5# i PM_SLP_S4# (i wszystkiego co dalej).

PM_SLP_S5# (mierzony na TPJNC47, według schematu niepodłączony):
przed wciśnięciem przycisku pwr = 0V
po wciśnięciu przycisku pwr = 0V

PM_SLP_S4# (mierzony na 127 nóżce KBC):
przed wciśnięciem przycisku pwr = 0V
po wciśnięciu przycisku pwr = 0V

Czyżbym miał PCH do wymiany? Proszę o pomoc w dalszej diagnozie.

Hello!

- Measure the voltage to ground on pin 53 of KBC chip.

- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 54, 95 of KBC chip in the following cases:
a) Before pressing to the power button (machine turned off).
b) After pressing to the power button (power consumption is 40mA).

- Measure the voltage to ground on pin 117 of KBC chip in the following cases:
c) Power button released.
d) Power button pressed.

KBC pin 53 = 3.29V

KBC pin 54: (SUSPWROK)
0V - Before pressing to the power button (machine turned off).
3.01V After pressing to the power button (power consumption is 40mA). Voltage disappears after 10s when boards power consuption drops to 0.00A

KBC pin 95: (RSMRST#):
0V - Before pressing to the power button (machine turned off).
3.25V After pressing to the power button (power consumption is 40mA). Voltage disappears after 10s when boards power consuption drops to 0.00A

KBC pin 117: (PM_PWRBTN#)
0V , when board is turned off
3.29V - appears when i press power button - drops to 0v when board turns off and power consumption drops to 0.00A
0V - if i press and hold power button while board is turned on, goes back to 3.29V when button is relased and boards current consumption is visible

Tak jak pierwotnie podejrzewałem - uszkodzony okazał się PCH. Po wymianie laptop działa.
