Witam.
Laptop - Lenovo L340-15IRH
Płyta główna - NM-C361
KBC - IT8586E-FXA
Znany i prosty temat - Uszkodzone gniazdo zasilania oraz układ KBC. Laptop trafił do mnie po innym serwisie, gdzie wymienili gniazdo oraz układ KBC. Laptop się uruchamia, ale z komunikatem o niepoprawnym zasilaczu - The connected ac adapter has a lower wattage.
Podstawiłem kolejny układ KBC - sytuacja bez zmian. Sprawdziłem i wymieniłem całą drobnicę na linii ADAPTER_ID. Rezystancja na tej linii 2.3kΩ. Również bez zmian. Po wpięciu zasilacza napięcie na pinie ID - 2.8V. Testowane na różnych zasilaczach. Laptop ładuje baterię.
Sprawdzony inny wsad KBC oraz zmiana BIOS.
Pokonała mnie jedna z łatwiejszych usterek... proszę o pomoc.

Bez podłączonego zasilacza? Jeśli tak, to za mało. Zamieść zdjęcie etykiety na dolnej obudowie.

Niestety brak dolnej etykiety na obudowie.
Rezystancja na linii ADAPTER_ID bez podłączonego zasilacza - 2.3kΩ.
Z podłączonym zasilaczem - 1.54kΩ.
Czyli, jeżeli jest za nisko problem będzie gdzieś na linii +3VALW za rezsytorem PR109. Po jego ściągnięciu rezystancja na linii ADAPTER_ID 10MΩ. Od strony +3VALW - 1.5kΩ.
Ktoś może ma taką sprawną płytę, aby zrobić podobne pomiary na tych liniach ?

Supply the board with a laboratory power supply without the "ADAPTER_ID" pin connected and measure the voltage to ground on pin 72 of KBC chip.

Zasilacz podłączony bez pinu ID. Na pinie 72 KBC - 3.3V

This voltage is fine.

- What is the power rating of your Lenovo AC adapter?
- What is the required ampere rating of the AC adapter listed on the label on the bottom of the laptop?
- Measure the resistance between the central pin and ground on your Lenovo adapter DC cable itself. Measure with the adapter disconnected from the 230V socket and also disconnected from the laptop.

Tu nie chodzi o zasilacz czy moje przewody...no chyba, że jest za mocny, ale z tym sie jeszcze nie spotkałem.
Według etykiety z identycznego laptopa (u mnie brak etykiert) zasilacz 20V 6.75A, czyli 135W. Ja używam przewodu zrobionego pod 180W. Dodatkowo użyty inny zasilacz o mocy 230W.

A ja tak. Zrób wtyczkę pod zasilacz 135W i przetestuj ponownie. Rezystor do masy o wartości 1kΩ (1%).

Sprawa rozwiązana - zasilacz 135W i brak komunikatu. Pierwsze widzę, aby w Lenovo sygnalizował zaa mocny zasilacz :)
