KBC: IT5570E
Witam, proszę pomocy w namierzeniu usterki, bo głowa mi juz boli. A może przegapiłem jakiś szczegół.
Płyta po zalaniu, głównie było zalanie przetwornic 3v 5v i 1,2v i mosfetow zasilania procesora. Po czyszczeniu i lutowaniu laptop się włącza i ma wszystkie napięcia oprócz zasilania procka, i pobiera tylko 40mA albo 50 jak podepnę wentylator. Próbowałem inny bios, zachowuje się tak samo. Dodam tak ze ze napięcie na linii +VIN 13,5 volta i na mosfety od procka +vin tez przychodzi. Dodatkowo sprawdzałem wylutowane mofety i nawet sterowałem bramkami, oni są ok.

Rozumiem że przy czyszczeniu podnosiłeś elementy i cynowałeś ?

CPU\PCH mogło nie przeżyć zwarcia na MOSFETach zasilania. Sprawdź jaki jest pobór prądu i co się grzeje wlutowując się bezpośrednio w B+ na rezystorze pomiarowym na płycie. Zacznij próbę np. od 1V, 2A i stopniowo podnoś napięcie monitorując co się grzeje.

@tekort - At what basis, since there is nothing wrong with the main power rail "B+"? :wtf:

Please, post clear pictures of spilled areas of the board in its current state.

Sorry matic You are right - I did not notice that the board starts, so my post is kinda useless. I was convinced the board is only taking 50mA and does nothing - my bad.

Ze względu na brak feedbek od procesora i parę podobnych tematów na ruskich forach, padło na procek. Płyta została wymieniona w całości. Dziękuje.
