ACER ASPIRE E5-575G-56GB, DAZAAMB16E0 REV:E, NOT TURNING ON

Hello to everyone, my name is Juan, from Colombia. I'm sorry if maybe this ain't the proper way to ask for help but as a complete noob in the matter, i didn't found another alternative.
Today, i'm looking for your assistance due to a problem i'm having with an acer aspire e5-575g-56gb with a board ZAA 32 DAZAAMB16E0 REV:E, 65W power supply, discrete graphics, battery (previously replaced) AS16A5K 4INR19/66-1 14.6V DC 2600 mAh/38Wh.
I was cleaning it and when i ended it didn't turn on again, i tried to shortcut CN20 (keyboard flex port) pin1 and 2 to try to turn it on without succes . While i was looking for what make the laptop not even turning on the motherboard i found matic's post (acer-aspire-e5-575-plyta-dazaamb16e0-rev-e-nie-wlacza-sie-t60982.html) and followed every step with the next results:
PD8 (Power Supply+Battery): 1-2=19.4V 3=19.2V
PU5 (Power Supply): 2=19.2V 3=19.2V 4=25V 5=3.0V 6=2.6V 18=3.3V 24=6.0V 28=19.2V
In PU5 there aren't contact dots or resistors in 20 and 25.
PQ22 (Power Supply+Battery): 1=19.2V 4=25.0V 5=19.2V
In PQ22 there are only 5 pins in schematic (1 left and 4 right) but in motherboard 4 left and 4 right but all the left ones are 19.2V.
Battery (No Power Supply): 1,2=0V 3,4=3.3V 5,6=0V 7,8=15.9V

Currently i'm not being able to turn it on, only when battery and power supply are connected at the same time the charging led light blue and the power led never turns on.
Please, help me

Measure the voltages on pins 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 17, 20 of PU6010.

With battery and power supply connected, the PU6010 voltages are:
1=0.5V
3=3.3V
5=1.1V
6=3.3V
7=3.1V
9=8.4V
12=19.2V
13=5.2V
14=5.2V
17=10.2V
10=3.3V

With these measurements you must have the voltages on PL6012, PL6013. Confirm it for me.
Measure voltage and resistance to ground on all coils.
