Witam, płyta jak w temacie (to jest jakiś HP :D ale mam płytę tylko do naprawy), płyta FPW50 LA-H321P(R) Rev 1A, brak GPU, przetwornica cpu na RT3602A.

CPU/APU SR3TK.

Laptop miał kontakt z cieczą. Po oględzinach wymyciu zawilgoconych miejsc okazało się, że zgnita była ścieżka zasilająca RT3602A (razem z pinem na układzie). Regeneracja ścieżki wymiana układu RT i nic. Laptop wstaje, pojawiają się napięcia, ale nie mam sygnałów PWM do zasilania tranzystorów w kluczach. Na układach RT9610 (drivery) mam sygnał enable ale brak PWM (nawet przez ułamek sekundy nic się nie pojawia (sprawdzone oscyloskopem).
Napięcie 1,05V jest. Napięcie 1,2V ram jest. 3,3V jest 5V też obecne. Ładowanie działa. Oporność CPU CORE 6,5ohm do masy. Na cewce PLA1 zasilanie obecne.

Pomocy, bo nie wiem o co chodzi.
RT3206 nie jest programowalny z tego co kojarzę.

Witam.
Laptop bedzie miał wymieniona płytę.
CPU jest martwe a płytę dorwałem taniej niż CPU z Chin.
W kamerze termowizyjnej widać uszkodzenie CPU także dziękuję za chęci pomocy. Ale woda i laptopy nadal to złe połączenie.
