Monitor ViewSonic vx2235wm-4 uszkodzony zasilacz.

Witam.
Podjąłem próbę naprawy zasilacza od monitora Viewsonic vx2235wm-4.
Uszkodzony był LD7575 i kilka części w koło niego.
Po wymianie uszkodzonych elementów na nowe i sprawdzeniu pozostałych, zasilacz dalej nie startuje.
LD7575 Pozostaje w trybie off i nie steruje tranzystorem.
Napięcia LD7575:
Pin 6 - 9.7v (według datasheet powinno być około 16v)
Pin 8 - 330v
Wymienione:
C801
R806
R807
R809
R833-R836
Q801
Z803
Proszę o pomoc.

Dodatkowo do sprawdzenia i ewentualnej wymiany C810 oraz profilaktycznie do wymiany D807.
Rezystor R811 sprawny ?
Jeszcze pytanie, czy kolega sprawdza zasilacz solo ze sztucznym obciążeniem, czy podpięty pod resztę monitora ?

Tlp sprawny, R811 i C810 wymieniony. Sprawdzam sam zasilacz. Brak napięć po stronie wtórnej.
Dorzucam schemat całego zasilacza i inwertera.

Według datasheet, Ld7575 Pinem 6 ma ładować kondensator c810 i po osiągnięciu ok 16v układ zaczyna sterować tranzystorem.
Jednak na pinie 6 jest tylko 9v.
Co może być przyczyną?
