Witam.
Podejrzewam że uszkodził mi się programator SmartProg2. Nie wiem kiedy i jak się to stało. Przy próbie odczytu wyświetla komunikat: "Device insertion test - error! Device doesn't have expected number of pins." Próbowałem na różnych układach i zawsze jest ten sam komunikat.
Czy ktoś może pomóc w naprawie?

Hello!

Try to read a simple EEPROM chip for example 24C16 (M24C16, AT24C16, ...) or similar.

I have already checked this memory chips.
I did Diagnostic Pod connector to run self-test. The test showed that the No. 2 ZIF socet is not empty, although it was. When I measured the resistance of all pins ZIF socet, it turned out that this pin has a different resistance. The efficient ones were around 240k and the No. 2 around 200k. I suspect Spartan XCS05 chip failure.

Po wymianie układu XCS05 programator znowu działa, jak nowy. Dziękuję za pomoc.
