RTX3060 HP wymiana wentylatora

Witam.
Mam problem z wymianą wentylatora w wyżej wymienionej karcie.
Karta typowo dla HP. Model TPC-M011G
Oryginalnie siedział wentylator 12V 0,55A
Znalazłem pasujący wentylator 12V 0,35A ale on działa cały czas na max obrotach.
Czy jest jakiś sposób żeby obniżyć mu max prąd?
Posiadam jakieś przetwornice step down.
Próbowałem wpiąć jedną pomiędzy 12V a GND, ale brak rezultatu.
Na przewodach mam:
1. 3,3V
2. 1,8V
3. GND
4. 12V
A może jakimś rezystorem?

Do you have an oscilloscope?
If so, use an oscilloscope to measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 2 of the fan connector.

Theoretically I have but built in multimeter option.
Additionally I don't have any briefing sheet and can't use this.
Any other options to check that?

Which meter exactly do you have?

Chiński Mustool MT8206.

User's manual attached.

1) Switch the meter to the DC voltage measurement range.
2) Press and hold the "DIS" button for a while and the meter should switch to the graphical waveform display mode.
3) Use the "REL" and "SELE" buttons to scale down/scale up the time base.

For testing you can measure the "PWM" and "TACHO" signal lines of the fan on a working laptop motherboard.
