Monitor po uruchomieniu miga niebieską diodą od włącznika 7 razy i włączy się dopiero po około 10 minutach. Poniżej zdjęcia płyty:

Wykonałem pomiary według strony 27 z instrukcji serwisowej. Napięcia 14,5V oraz 5V mam obecne. Po zdjęciu radiatora z układu na IC5001 (SEMS18 1024B-LF), widać ewidentne wybrzuszenie układu.

Czy muszę szukać identycznego układu, bo wstępnie przeglądam ali i widzę podobne układy, ale dalsze oznaczenie jest np. takie 1039B-LF (przykładowa aukcja Link ali)? Ewentualnie, czy podejdzie jakiś zamiennik?

Hello!

I would try to heat up the board with a hair dryer first and check if the monitor turn on normally in this case.
If so try to heat up the BGA CPU only (with a hot air gun) to locate the issue.

If it turned out that the issue is BGA chip related try to reflow/reball first.
