Ja podstawki CPU traktuję w taki sam sposób jak układ bga, tzn. Podlewam go topnikiem (do podstawek używam RF800), profil maszyny BGA Lead-Free i obserwuję kulki, przeważnie w temperaturze 215-220 st.C już są przetopione. Ważne żeby nie lać Flux'u na podstawkę tylko pod nią. Na koniec po ostygnięciu czyszczę izopropanolem.
