Sterownik bieżni (zipro dream (?)) - PCB-ZYXK9- 1111-V1.2.PCB

Witam

Otrzymałem do naprawy (bardziej do wymiany części), sterownik bieżni (prawdopodobnie zipro dream). Oznaczenie płyty: PCB-ZYXK9- 1111-V1.2.PCB. Uszkodzone w nim były:

• mosfet Q9 (oryginalnie zamontowany był MDF4N60) - wymieniony na P10NK60ZFP;
• rezystor R64 (wymieniony);
• bezpiecznik F2.

Po podłączeniu zasilania do złącza AC1 i AC2 powyższe elementy ponownie spaliły się. Uszkodzone elementy zostały wylutowane i wlutowane nowe. Jednakże sterownik nie został jeszcze podłączony, gdyż chciałbym uniknąć ponownego "spalenia".

Nie zauważyłem żadnych uszkodzeń mechanicznych, przepaleń etc.

Ustawiając na zasilaczu serwisowym 29V i na złączu M mam 22.94V. Na mosfecie Q9: bramka 5V i wzrasta, dren - 28.56V, źródło 28V i spada. D10 pokazuje 0.219 w teście diody.

Proszę o nakierowanie, co mogę jeszcze sprawdzić i na co zwrócić uwagę.

- Measure the resistance between cathode (- pin) of diode D14 and both pins of electrolytic capacitor C41.

The primary controller chip U12 is damaged almost for sure. Remove it from the board and remeasure the resistance on capacitor C41.

After remove chip U12 resistance is 2.4 MΩ and drop. @matic, do You know what it's? I cant read any marks.

This chip is damaged for sure.

That's probably because the board is varnished. Heat the chip with hot air to about 150°C and carefully scrap the varnish from the chip while the chip is hot. Be careful to not damage the markings on the chip.

Marking 49 xxx to układ XN1049.
